3/32" (2.35mm) brass collet to hold bits with a 3/32" (2.35mm) diamter shank. This collet will hold bits that are usually described a handpiece (HP) bits. The collet is the piece that fits under the black collet nut and actually grips the shank of the bit to hold it in place.
