1/16"(1.6mm) brass collet to hold bits with a 1/16"(1.6mm) diamter shank. This collet will hold bits that are usually decribed a friction grip (FG) bits. The collet is the piece that fits under the black collet nut and actually grips the shank of the bit to hold it in place.
